Chandler Hospital, a regional tertiary referral care center for Kentucky and portions of surrounding states - continued footprint expansion coming in•Excellent facilities, outcomes, and "second to none" patient pathology•6-8% growth each year for the past 5 yearsDivision Chief of Plastic Surgery will possess:•National/international recognition as demonstrated through involvement in academic/professional societies at a national/international level•A strong history of delivering excellent patient care xevrcyc while training future leaders in plastic surgery, as well as a record of advancing the field through innovative research and scholarly activity•Demonstrated leadership in administrative positions in medical school or academic medical center setting•Proven record of recruitment and retention of talent and mentorship.
