Through innovative technology development and deployment, this team ensures Client has the technology needed to support our continued global growth while remaining at the forefront of hospitality technology innovation.What will I be doing?IT Delivery Lead will be the technology delivery leader responsible for planning, driving, supporting, and implementing strategic projects and initiatives. This position is embedded in the Enterprise Architecture Platforms team and works with different business architects, teams and delivery leads to drive various initiatives and provide the necessary cross-domain coverage to ensure successful and on-time delivery. You will own the strategic and tactical execution of multiple enterprise initiatives. You are also responsible for pulling together the necessary delivery plans, coordinating, supporting various delivery teams through execution, and delivery of initiatives (maintenance, projects, programs, etc.). Your deep understanding and experience in technology delivery surrounding waterfall, Hybrid, PMP, Agile fundamentals, Scrum Frameworks, Kanban change management approach will contribute to our success.You are responsible for running the delivery functions for the Customer Platforms team, crafting, and maintaining the delivery roadmap in conjunction with Technology leadership, driving planning sessions across teams, identifying, and managing risks, and representing the Customer Platforms team in delivery planning sessions.Responsibilities to include:• Build and maintain delivery roadmaps and delivery schedules in partnership with Technology leads, architects, business partners, and development.• Establish program cadence to support various delivery teams with delivery of the capability.• Look across platforms, programs, and projects to identify dependencies, risks, and issues and then to mitigate and resolve.• Be accountable for risk/issue identification, mitigation, and communication, as well as building plans that can visualize the delivery for PMO, leadership, and executive audiences.• Establish positive relationships with peers in the organization and influence them through using knowledge of the technology capabilities and delivery capacity.• Build a deep understanding of the Client brands, current projects, and upcoming initiatives.What are we looking for?The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:• Display organization, dedication, and the ability to thrive in a high-paced, dynamic environment with minimal direction.• Exhibit a solid grasp of leading and delivering large enterprise initiatives.• Effectively balance multiple platforms, teams, assignments, and prioritiesTo fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree, or associate degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience• Ten (10) years of professional experience in a technology/product environment• Six (6) years of product or service delivery experience• Six (6) years of agile delivery management or agile project management experience• Four (4) years’ experience working with delivery teams that use Waterfall, Agile, Kanban Change Management Approach, Scrum, and Hybrid approaches.• Four (4) years of working with vendors.• Six (6) years being a (soft skill) team player or leader when working with teams.• Seven (7) years (soft skill) communicating with PMO, leadership, and executive audiences.• Seven (7) years or more (soft skill) building relationships with teams, PMO, and leading efforts with delivery teams.
