This is about owning the engine behind a high-volume, high-impact recruiting events ecosystem.We're looking for an execution-first Events Lead who thrives in fast-moving environments—someone who can juggle logistics, vendors, timelines, and still build structure out of chaos. You'll be the operational backbone behind recruiting events and intern program experiences, ensuring every event runs flawlessly while quietly building the playbooks that make scaling possible.What You'll Actually Be DoingOwn the ExecutionDrive day-to-day logistics across a high-volume portfolio of recruiting and intern-focused events. Manage timelines, coordinate moving pieces, and ensure nothing slips.Turn Chaos into ProcessTranslate fast-paced workflows into structured SOPs, checklists, and repeatable playbooks that allow the program to scale seamlessly.Run Event Tech Like a ProBuild registration pages, manage attendee tracking, troubleshoot issues, and ensure event platforms run smoothly end-to-end.Be the Vendor QuarterbackAct as the primary point of contact for venues, catering, AV teams, and external partners—owning coordination, deliverables, and on-site execution.Track Budgets & Prove ImpactMaintain budget trackers, support financial reconciliation, and lead post-event analysis—turning feedback and data into smarter future events.Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)Event Planning, Vendor Management, Timeline Management, DocumentationWhat You Bring3–5 years of hands-on experience in event coordination, operations, or project managementProven experience managing logistics-heavy, high-volume eventsStrong ability to create SOPs, workflows, and scalable processesExperience with event platforms (Splash, Cvent preferred)Exceptional attention to detail and timeline disciplineConfidence managing vendors and live, on-site event executionClear, proactive communication styleBonus PointsExperience supporting recruiting events, university programs, or intern initiativesExposure to event technology platforms and tools (teachable if not)Work SetupHybrid role – 3 days/week onsite in San Francisco (415 Mission Street)Must be comfortable working in PST time zoneFlexibility required for event-day schedulesWhy This Role Stands OutThis is not just coordination—it's ownership + scaleYou won't just execute events—you'll build the systems that power them.If you're someone who loves turning moving pieces into structured execution—and wants to be at the center of a high-impact recruiting engine—this role is built for you.
