The Inventory Assistant Manager plays a key leadership role in driving accuracy, reliability, and safety, while supporting the overall performance of our fulfillment operations.We are seeking a full-time Inventory Assistant Manager to join our eCommerce Fulfillment team. This role reports to the Director of Fulfillment and is responsible for overseeing daily inventory operations, supporting team leadership, and driving process improvements across the facility.WHAT YOU'LL DO:As the Beauty Brands Inventory Assistant Manager, you will work as an integral part of our eCommerce Fulfillment team. You'll have the opportunity to work in multiple business units such as leadership, analytics, order pack/ship, replenishment, receiving, and inventory control. Your primary responsibilities will include:Oversee daily inventory control operations, including cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and inventory accuracy initiativesAnalyze inventory trends and partner with leadership to implement process improvements and reduce errorsManage and optimize slotting and pick locations to improve efficiency and throughputMonitor backorders, stock levels, and replenishment strategies to minimize out-of-stocksSupport and help lead daily fulfillment operations to ensure timely and accurate order processingOversee Start-of-Day and End-of-Day processes, including order imports, workload balancing, and documentationSupervise, coach, and develop inventory and put-away teams, ensuring productivity and engagementUtilize warehouse systems, reporting tools, and RF technology to manage and improve operationsQualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma or GED3–5 years of experience in inventory control, fulfillment, or distribution operationsPrior leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environmentStrong working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and shipping softwareProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAbility to prioritize, multi-task, and perform in a fast-paced environmentProven ability to lead, coach, and develop team membersPreferred:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fieldIn our fast-paced fulfillment center, you'll always be on the move.
