Patron Service Representative
Job Description
The primary responsibility of the Patron Service Representative (PSR) is to offer exceptional customer service to any and all guests. The primary functions of this role include:
Greet and check in Adult Usage Customers & Medical Patients.
Maintain Customer Database.
Dispense cannabis products and other goods and provide education to customers.
Assist in fulfillment of eCommerce orders.
Count and verify inventory.
Update store menus.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Open and Close business for the day by completing the PSR Daily Checklist
Maintain attention to detail for all tasks.
Responsibilities
Daily
Maintain consistency in all work.
Maintain awareness of daily & weekly specials and promotions.
Restock inventory with consideration of First-in-First-out (FIFO) practices and maintain in an organized and clean manner.
Maintain personal hygiene standards in accordance with the Employee Handbookguidelines.
Maintain cleanliness of workstation, tools, and self after each task.
Refer to the Hand Washingprocedure when hand washing is required.
Perform opening and/or closing of the Retail facility.
Alert the Retail Dispensary Manager of any concerns pertaining to the job.
Assist the Inventory team in re-stocking the Sales Floor and Fulfillment Rack.
Assist in completing the PSR Daily Checklist.
Monthly
Assist with daily & monthly physical inventory cycle counts.
Requirements
Motivation to repeatedly provide exceptional customer service.
Ability to stand on your feet for up to 10 hours per day.
