About the job Maintenance/PLC Tech Maintenance / PLC TechnicianLocation: City of Industry, CA Schedule: 3rd shift | 10:00 PM -8:00 AM Pay: $35 to $42/hr(MAX) (Programming not needed) About the Role:Were seeking a hands-on Maintenance / PLC Technician to support operations at a leading beverage manufacturing company. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping production running efficiently by troubleshooting and maintaining bottling and packaging equipment, with a strong focus on electrical and PLC systems. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where food safety and operational excellence are top priorities. Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain bottling and packaging equipment Diagnose and correct faults in PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens) Perform preventive maintenance and accurately log activities Read and interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints/schematics Assist in equipment installations, upgrades, and optimizations Collaborate with production teams to reduce equipment-related downtime Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with GMP and OSHA standards What Were Looking For:5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in food or beverage manufacturing Proven hands-on experience with PLC troubleshooting and basic programming Strong working knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems Familiarity with motors, relays, and sensors Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Hiring Contact:This position is being actively recruited by Elevant Recruiting on behalf of our client.
