Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities Act as the primary technical point of contact for prospects evaluating our product. Partner with Customer Success to ensure customers onboard quickly. Develop and maintain technical documentation for pre‑sales and post‑sales workflows. Support product configuration and deliver minor technical changes for implementations. Feed customer feedback into Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar role. Proficiency coding in the Python and Javascript ecosystems. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform. Understanding of security, compliance, and IT processes for B2B products in large enterprises. Strong written and verbal communication skills with comfort presenting to customers. Organized, self‑starter approach with an eye for creative project completion. Passion for AI and its ethical implementation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
