Thank you!Role OverviewThe Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Functional/Technical Analyst supports enterprise aftermarket systems within a complex supply chain and logistics environment. This role provides production support, troubleshooting, configuration, and minor development across Oracle EBS modules and integrations with AS400-based EDI systems and external partners.The analyst works closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to support procurement, inventory, logistics, pricing, and order management processes across a hybrid enterprise environment that includes Oracle EBS, AS400 integrations, EDI platforms, and warehouse operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOracle EBS Functional & Technical SupportProvide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and configuration for Oracle EBS modules including:Procurement / PurchasingInventory ManagementOrder ManagementAdvanced PricingLogistics / ShippingSupplier integrationsTypical responsibilities include:Troubleshooting purchase order integrations and supplier transactionsSupporting punchout procurement integrations with third-party vendorsTroubleshooting inbound Advance Shipment Notice (ASN) transactions from suppliersInvestigating and resolving inbound/outbound purchase order interface issuesSupporting EDI purchase order and supplier portal integrationsProviding support for drop-ship and orderability configurationAssisting with advanced pricing uploads and configuration (modifiers, qualifiers, pricing rules)Inventory & Item Master SupportSupport Oracle EBS inventory and item master data management including:Item master configuration and troubleshootingItem category managementCustomer item cross-referencesProduct line and sub-product line setupInventory transactions and reconciliationOn-hand, allocation, and availability analysisUPC and product relationship managementIntegration troubleshooting with upstream and downstream systemsLogistics & Warehouse Operations SupportProvide system support for warehouse and shipping operations including:Supporting picking, packing, and shipping processesIntegration support with carrier systemsTroubleshooting shipping documentation issues such as shipping labels and documentationSupporting warehouse and fulfillment workflows connected to Oracle EBSAS400 / EDI Integration Support (Application Level)Provide application-level support for AS400-based EDI systems and integrations used for supplier, customer, and corporate data exchange.Responsibilities include:Supporting EDI transaction processing and troubleshootingAssisting with setup and configuration of EDI trading partnersMaintaining EDI document mappings and exchangesMonitoring EDI transactions and resolving failuresCoordinating with operations teams on infrastructure-related issuesSupporting inbound and outbound interfaces between Oracle EBS and AS400 systemsCommon transactions supported include:Inbound customer purchase ordersOutbound sales ordersAdvance Shipment Notices (ASN)Supplier ASN processingInvoice transmissionsInventory reporting transactionsAS400 Application SupportProvide application-level support for AS400-based integrations and legacy systems.Responsibilities include:Supporting operational processes such as returns management and label maintenanceAssisting with user access and application configurationTroubleshooting interface issues with corporate systems and partner integrationsSupporting reprocessing and resending of failed transactionsRequired Skills & ExperienceERP Systems5+ years of experience supporting Oracle E-Business SuiteStrong knowledge of:Procurement / PurchasingInventoryOrder ManagementAdvanced PricingWarehouse or logistics modulesIntegration & DataExperience supporting enterprise system integrationsUnderstanding of EDI transaction processingExperience troubleshooting interface failures and data flowsAS400 / IBM iExperience supporting AS400 (IBM i) environmentsFamiliarity with:EDI translation platformsBatch processing and job monitoringInterface troubleshootingSupply Chain Domain KnowledgeExperience supporting systems related to:Warehouse operationsInventory managementSupplier procurementLogistics and shippingDistribution or aftermarket operationsTroubleshootingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to troubleshoot cross-system issues involving ERP, EDI, and external integrations
