Nurse Practitioner (Part-time) - Women's Health (Hiring Immediately)

A health services network in New York City is actively seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a great Part-time opportunity with their Women's Health team at a facility in Queens. About the Opportunity: Shift: Day Schedule: 1 day per week (Wednesday) Hours: 8 hours Setting: Women's Clinic Responsibilities: Assisting with medical pill abortions Collaborating with clinic physicians to assess and diagnose patient health Developing individualized nursing care plans and medical regimens Providing therapeutic interventions, health education, and counseling Supporting patients and families, including care related to safe access to abortion services Performing other duties, as needed Qualifications: Master'S Degree Nursing (Nurse Practitioner Program) NYS Nurse Practitioner (NP) license ACLS and BLS certifications Experience in a Women's clinic or GYN office Computer savvy Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills Patient oriented Strong communication skills Ability to work in a team environment Desired Qualifications: Master's Degree in a related field Relevant healthcare certifications
