Paralegal

DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Paralegal to support attorneys with legal research, document preparation, and case management. The ideal candidate is proactive, deadline-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment.Key Responsibilities+ Assist attorneys with the preparation, drafting, and review of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and correspondence+ Conduct legal research and summarize findings+ Manage case files, calendars, deadlines, and court filings+ Coordinate discovery, including document review and production+ Communicate with clients, courts, and outside parties in a professional manner+ Maintain accurate and organized records in accordance with firm procedures+ Provide general administrative and litigation support as neededRequirementsQualifications+ Associate's or Bachelor's degree; Paralegal Certificate preferred+ Previous paralegal or legal support experience required+ Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills+ High level of attention to detail and confidentiality+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesPreferred Experience+ Experience in [litigation, corporate, real estate, family law, or other practice area]+ Familiarity with e-filing systems and court proceduresTalentMatchRobert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
