Regional Market President

Is responsible for efficient, effective management of the Metro Branch full-service branch offices, ensuring that established strategic plan, policies and procedures are followed. Directs Branch lending programs and supervises Branch lending functions. Delegates the appropriate responsibilities of the day-to-day operations to the Branch Managers and/or other Branch supervisory staff to be available to make business calls, service bank customers and to represent the bank at civic and service club functions within the community.QualificationsBachelor's degree with emphasis in accounting/finance or equivalent experience required.Minimum of 15 years' experience of loan production in agricultural, commercial and consumer lending is supported by a solid production and relationship history.Minimum of 5 years of experience is banking management, loan production management, and/or branch management with a proven history of performance.Additional bank specific training and schools.J-18808-Ljbffr
