Interview : VideoVisa : USC, GC, GC EAD, H4, L2This is hybrid from day-1 ( Local candidates preferred )Description :About the jobA biotech company is currently seeking a new SAP Testing Lead & ALM Facilitator to join a team focused on a large-scale ERP transformation program.Responsibilities:Leading the testing strategy and execution for SIT and UAT phasesManaging ALM setup, including configuration and user supportDeveloping testing playbooks and ensuring processes meet quality standardsCoordinating with internal and external stakeholders across multiple regionsProviding insights and recommendations to leadershipQualifications:5+ years of experience as an SAP Testing LeadBachelor's degree in a relevant fieldStrong proficiency in ALM tools (OpenText, Micro Focus, or SAP ALM)In-depth knowledge of SAP Material Management and Supply Chain processesExperience in ERP project management within the pharma or med device industriesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage and collaborate across global teamsStrong leadership and problem-solving abilitiesDesired Qualifications:Master's DegreeAdditional SAP certificationsExperience with Data Structures and Test Data preparation
