The Business Development Lead at Home Instead is a results-driven professional with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth.We are seeking a compassionate, caring, energetic sales professional for the role of Business Development Lead for our Chicago team. The elderly population is expanding rapidly, and our services are needed by seniors who are looking to age-in-place!Responsibilities:Build and maintain relationships with referral sources in community, including hospitals, retirement communities, assisted living communities, physicians, care managers, guardians, elder law attorneys, hospice, home health providers, and numerous others. Your networking skills will be crucial in building and sustaining these essential relationships.Share information and materials about our services and actively participate in promotional activities to enhance our brand presence and attract new clients.Participate in the development of new business initiatives and prepare presentations to referral partners and the wider community. Your creativity and strategic thinking will be vital in expanding our market reach and helping us stay informed about the eldercare community.Implement innovative marketing techniques, including events, sponsorships, social media, Your insight and adaptability will keep us ahead in the market.Conduct new client intake and consultations as needed to support referral provider clients.Act as the primary liaison between referral sources and the company, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
