The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in delivering best-in-class hiring outcomes by partnering with leaders to attract, engage, and secure top talent. This role drives the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring teams.The Specialist serves as a trusted advisor, guiding stakeholders through the hiring process, providing market insights, and proactively identifying talent solutions that align with business objectives. Through strong sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and process excellence, this role helps the organization meet its hiring goals efficiently and effectively.Major ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Process:Own end-to-end recruitmentCoordinate, maintain, and facilitate all phases of the recruitment processMaintain accurate candidate data within the company ATS (Workday)Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job postingsPartnering with TA COE and coordinate efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and organizational needs to meet hiring targetsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policiesCandidate Sourcing/Assessment:Actively source talent to ensure a strong and diverse candidate poolFacilitate job posting and advertisement processesScreen candidates to ensure basic technical qualifications are met before sharing candidates with hiring managersAssist in facilitation of the interview and debrief processOffer:Aligning candidate with available role/compCollaborate with the candidate to align on offer details (Pay, Start Date, etc.)Collaborate with the hiring manager and human resources to align on offer details (Pay, Start Date, etc.)Employer Branding:Support career fairs, and hiring eventsAmbassador of the Generac brandMinimum Job RequirementsEducationBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceWork Experience6 months of relevant recruiting or human resources experienceKnowledge / Skills / AbilitiesBasic written and verbal communication skillsBilingual English and Spanish
