Rotation: 2-week rotation (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on). Flexibility: Must be able to work extended hours and report to work punctually MACHINE OPERATOR | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS: The Machine Operator will be performing routine production functions such as filling, packaging, assembling, and inspecting products while maintaining high quality and safety standards. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates MACHINE OPERATOR | RESPONSIBILITIES: Production Operations: Perform routine tasks including filling, utility operations, packing, assembling, labeling, and inspecting products. Compliance & Quality: Maintain accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and ISO9000 standards. Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a team setting, supporting group goals and communicating clearly with co-workers and supervisors. Process Adherence: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and make routine decisions based on standard practices under direct supervision. Skill Development: Develop proficiency in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within a specific process or method. MACHINE OPERATOR | REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. Language & Math: Ability to read, write, and comprehend English specifications and perform basic math calculations. Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is required; machine operator experience is highly preferred. Take the Next Step!
