Help Desk Team Lead

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Help Desk Team Lead located in Bedford, MA. The Help Desk Team Lead will oversee daily support operations, manage and mentor a team of help desk technicians, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues and customer inquiries. Responsibilities include providing hands-on assistance for technical troubleshooting, prioritizing and delegating tasks, monitoring and improving help desk performance, driving customer satisfaction, and producing relevant documentation to ensure efficient service delivery. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of escalation for both customers and internal teams regarding technical support challenges. Qualifications Proficiency in Technical Support and Help Desk Support operationsStrong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing technical issues and implementing effective solutionsExceptional Customer Service skills dedicated to creating excellent client experiencesExcellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for team coordination and customer interactionProven leadership and team management skills to effectively mentor and guide support staffExperience with IT systems, hardware, and troubleshooting frameworksAbility to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and adapt to changing prioritiesRelevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA A+, or similar) are a plusAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
