Join a Leading Organisation in the Nuclear Industry.Key ResponsibilitesHave an understanding of company safety policy and ensure that it is complied with Use the correct tools, plant and equipment and keep them in good condition. Ensure they are safe before use Report to supervision any defects in plant and equipment, protective clothing or safety equipment Work in a safe manner at all times, avoid taking unnecessary risks Keep working areas and welfare facilities in a clean, tidy and safe condition at all times Do not attempt to carry out any task for which they are not trained Not indulge in any horseplay or interfere with or misuse any plant, equipment or anything provided in the interest of health, safety or welfare Report all accidents or incidents immediately to the supervisor or site manager Supervise worksites Undertakes liaison with client to promote alternate access methods, and to determine access-rigging requirements Organise, participate in or supervise all relevant legislation, permit systems, client liaison and rescues Rigging working ropes Undertaking rescues Performing rope access tasks as defined by scope of works Completion of work in line with required trade action (rigging / painting / cleaning / blasting / non-destructive testing / welding / insulation) to a level to which the employee is qualifiedKey Requirements IRATA level 3 qualified Role experience To be BPSS cleared or willing to undergo To be willing to travel if not local
