If you are a motivated communicator with a passion for assisting others, we invite you to become part of our community-focused organization.Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls from credit union members, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to accounts, loans, and other financial products- Provide accurate information about credit union services, policies, and procedures- Assist members with account management, including deposits, withdrawals, and updates to personal information- Promote and explain credit union products and services to meet members' financial goals- Document member interactions thoroughly and accurately in the customer Keystone Correlation system- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless member experience- Follow up with members as needed to ensure resolution and satisfactionSkills and Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or customer service is a plus- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or financial services environment- Excellent communication and active listening skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and remain calm under pressure- Proficiency with computers and familiarity with CRM software- Knowledge of banking or credit union products and services is preferredOur credit union values a collaborative and inclusive culture, offering opportunities for growth and development.
