We are making a positive impact and we want you to be a part of it!www.lgeshonda.comSummary:An Electrode System Specialist II supports the installation of Electrode systems, improves system design and programs to increase overall efficiency and productivity.Responsibilities:Analyze OEE for frequency of breakdown and up time for daily production. Report on OEE (Micro stop, BM, and yield) by systemSupport Installation of new technology system to lineImprove the function of system and updateTrain other Operators, engineers Supervisors with shared responsibilitiesComplete daily documentation and audits, as required by positionFollow established work instructions of systemAdhere to safety requirements at all times, including the use of proper PPEAdhere to general, and position-specific, dress code requirementsParticipate in, and successfully complete, any and all training requirementsCoordinate between OEM and installation companies as well as technology vendorsPerform other duties as assignedEducation/Experience:Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent, relevant experience3-6+ years of related experienceSkills:Proficiency in MS Office SuiteExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to work flexible hours as needed to support entire production/equipment teamSelf-directed and the ability to thrive in a diverse workforce are essential.Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated effectiveness in accomplishing goals.Additional requirements:Comply with company Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirementsAble to work in both office and manufacturing environmentsHands-on support of equipment or production systemFlexibility to work adjusted shifts as necessaryRegular and reliable on-site attendance is requiredAre you ready to join us in our journey toward a better world?
