Program Specialist
The Program Specialist is responsible for embracing our mission and helping everyone reach their potential. The Program Specialist is also responsible for all aspects of their programs, including, but not limited to: staffing, site location, implementing 6400/6500 regulations as outlined by the DHS/ODP, ensuring the health and safety of those supported, developing and implementing Individual Plans and IP outcomes, medical coordination, facilitating monthly circle meetings, assisting with money management and safe keeping of funds, keeping current health and program records, ensuring accurate records are kept, and ensuring a safe and clean home environment.Education & Work Experience:An Associate degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 4 years of working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism.A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years of work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism.A Master's degree or above from an accredited college or university and 1 year of work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism.Knowledge of IDD and/or Behavioral Health systems in Pennsylvania.Excellent communication, organization and writing skills.Equal Opportunity EmployerThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
