Here's a snapshot of your responsibilities: The WorkGEO Strategy & Performance ManagementOwn and manage GEO performance across multiple clients, ensuring visibility growth in AI-driven search experiences (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.)Build and execute GEO roadmaps aligned to brand and business goals, including short-term wins and long-term authority buildingDevelop repeatable testing frameworks to evaluate what impacts LLM visibility, citations, and brand inclusionOptimization & ImplementationIdentify and implement opportunities to improve AI discoverability through:Structured content improvements (clarity, depth, formatting, FAQs)Technical SEO alignment (crawlability, indexing, internal linking, canonicals)Schema/structured data recommendations where applicableEntity optimization (brand/people/products/topic alignment)Collaborate with content strategists and writers to create LLM-friendly, citation-worthy contentAudit client sites and digital ecosystems to uncover gaps impacting generative performanceReporting, Insights & MeasurementTrack and report on GEO success metrics such as:LLM citations and brand mention frequencyShare of voice in generative resultsPrompt/query visibility coverageSentiment and recommendation trendsTranslate findings into actionable insights for clients and internal teamsCreate executive-friendly dashboards and summaries that communicate GEO wins and next steps clearlyCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with SEO, PR, content, analytics, and development teams to align GEO efforts across channelsSupport integrated campaigns where SEO + PR + content + technical improvements influence AI visibilityEducate stakeholders on evolving generative search behavior and optimization best practicesExperimentation & Industry MonitoringStay current on emerging trends in:Generative search and AI discoveryAlgorithm shifts in Google and LLM productsNew tools, platforms, and measurement capabilitiesRun ongoing GEO tests and share learnings as internal best practicesBasic Qualifications3+ years of hands on experience with SEO, digital marketing, content strategy, or organic growth1+ years experience with enterprise level SEO and technology tools (ex: Deepcrawl, SEMRush, Feedonomics, etc.)1+ years experience with Profound, PromptWatch, or other GEO tracking technologies preferredSet Yourself Apart:Passionate about GEO, data, analytics and technologyPrevious experience managing large SEO accounts at a search marketing agencyAbility to work creatively and analytically in a data driven, problem-solving environmentExcellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skillsAbility to take complex solutions and make them simple to explain and digestExperience working in a fast paced and demanding environment as well as to balance several clients needs simultaneouslyStrong networking skills both internally and with client and vendor relationshipsTeam Player – a positive attitude to help build a good relationship with teammates and to help client growth collaborativelyAdvanced skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint skillsCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
