Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, this role focuses on developing new asset finance business across the UK, with a strong emphasis on the materials handling equipment sector . You will generate self‐sourced opportunities, manage key client relationships and deliver structured asset finance solutions within an established, well‐respected organisation.Key AccountabilitiesDevelop new business opportunities within the materials handling sectorBuild and manage long‐term client and introducer relationshipsStructure and negotiate asset finance transactions in line with credit and risk parametersMaintain a strong pipeline and approval rates through effective pre‐qualificationWork closely with Credit, Legal, Sales Support and Technology teamsDeliver regional sales and product training to drive penetrationEnsure compliance with governance, regulatory and risk policiesSupport senior management with strategy and regional initiativesPerson Specification5+ years' experience in external leasing sales within materials handlingStrong knowledge of asset finance structures and risk considerationsProven track record of new business development and deal executionConfident negotiating complex transactions and legal documentationCommercial, self‐motivated and comfortable working to targetsUK market experience essentialWe strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
