Manufacturers & Suppliers Data Coordinator Boulder, Colorado | 6-month Contract | Pay: $48–$58/hour + Completion BonusMonday-Friday 8am-5pm/ OnsitePosition OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturers & Suppliers Data Coordinator to support material migration, supplier data management, and documentation activities across manufacturing and supply chain operations. This role will be responsible for collecting, reviewing, validating, and organizing manufacturing and supplier information to support system migration and ERP/ECC data uploads.Key ResponsibilitiesManufacturers SupportCollect and review Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for materials received within the past two years that are identified as active materials for migration.Retrieve material and manufacturing data from systems including LabVantage, warehouse records, and Parts Crib databases.Validate and organize manufacturing information for each material including:Manufacturing site nameManufacturing site addressManufacturer part numberMaintain accurate export sheets and ensure data integrity for migration activities.Coordinate with warehouse, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve missing or incomplete information.Support documentation tracking and audit readiness activities.Suppliers SupportGather supplier-related data and maintain updated records for uploading them into ECC/ERP systems.Provide ongoing status updates regarding supplier information collection and migration progress.Assist with supplier master data cleanup and validation efforts.Ensure supplier documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with company standards.Qualifications2+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, inventory control, quality documentation, or data management preferred.Experience reviewing Certificates of Analysis, manufacturing records, or supplier documentation is highly preferred.Familiarity with ERP, ECC, LabVantage, warehouse management systems, or inventory databases is a plus.Strong Microsoft Excel and data entry skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage large volumes of data accurately and efficiently.Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple departments.Send your resume to daid740@kellyservices.com Or call Daisy at 562-471-7322
