We need people that have demonstrated sign shop or commercial printing skills and experience. Primary needs are: Experienced visual communication specialist: 5+ years of customer facing experience in a sign shop. The ability to estimate and execute complex sign and graphics projects including electric signs, ADA signs, and vehicle graphics. Thorough knowledge of sign fabrication materials / machines and industry vendors. Perform customer site visits and sometimes participate in installs for your customers. Target pay $50K Entry level visual communications specialist: Answering inquiries, creating estimates, project management, customer follow up, support of other customer facing team members. This is not a design position, however, we have found an undergrad degree in design is extremely helpful in customer facing roles. Strong math and XLS skills. Strong verbal and email communications skills. 1-2 years of customer facing retail experience. Target pay $35-38K Biggest issue sign shop veterans have when they get here is they can't believe the things we won't let go out the door because they don't meet our quality standards. Our customer service level ranks in the top 10% of all FASTSIGNS in North America. Salary includes base, OT, and monthly team bonuses. We're a small family business.
