Colorado Maintenance Manager

A company is looking for a Colorado Maintenance Manager. Key Responsibilities Receive, triage, and execute assigned maintenance work orders across a portfolio of homes Partner with the Maintenance Coordinator to manage scheduling, routing, and daily execution priorities Ensure all repairs contribute to homes being consistently stay-ready, safe, and fully functional Qualifications 5-8+ years of experience in residential maintenance, handyman services, or property operations Strong troubleshooting skills across home systems, appliances, and general repairs Experience working in high-end or luxury residential environments preferred Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Comfortable using work order systems, mobile tools, and basic technology platforms
