Market Mentors is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer with expert-level WordPress and Figma capabilities, exceptional visual design skills, and a strong understanding of user experience, branding, and conversion-focused design. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and can move seamlessly between digital and print mediums while maintaining consistency, strategy, and brand integrity. We are looking for a designer who understands how to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, workflows, ideation, optimization, and production, while still relying on human creativity, strategy, and critical thinking to produce exceptional work. Primary Accountabilities Execute the UI/UX and Web Design Process from Strategy Through Final ExecutionDesign and execute websites, landing pages, wireframes, and digital experiences from concept through deploymentCollaborate with strategists, developers, account teams, and clients to align user experience with business goalsDevelop user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes that improve usability and engagementConduct cross-browser and responsive testing to ensure seamless experiences across devicesApply UX best practices, accessibility standards, and conversion-focused thinking throughout the design process Develop Intuitive, User-Focused Digital Experiences That Align with Brand and Business GoalsTranslate strategic objectives into clean, engaging, user-centered designsCreate digital experiences that prioritize usability, accessibility, and visual hierarchyDesign interfaces that balance aesthetics with performance and functionalitySupport campaign initiatives across websites, email, social media, digital advertising, and branded contentEnsure all work supports the client's messaging, positioning, and audience experience Manage and Evolve Design Systems While Ensuring Consistency and Continuity Across All DeliverablesBuild, maintain, and scale design systems, component libraries, and UI standardsEnsure consistency across websites, campaigns, print collateral, and branded materialsMaintain design continuity throughout revisions, updates, and production executionOrganize files, templates, and workflows for efficient collaboration across teamsSupport brand governance and quality control standards Drive Conceptual Ideation and Execute Innovative Design Solutions Across Print and Digital MediumsDevelop creative concepts and campaign visuals across both digital and traditional channelsDesign print materials including brochures, billboards, trade show booths, signage, presentations, sales materials, and other branded collateralProduce compelling visual concepts that support integrated marketing campaignsParticipate in brainstorming sessions and contribute strategic creative thinkingBalance creativity with practicality, timelines, budgets, and production requirements Produce Accurate, High-Quality, On-Brand Design Work with Strong Attention to Detail and User ExperienceDeliver polished, accurate, production-ready creative assetsSelf-proof and review work for consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand standardsMaintain high standards for typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and overall design executionManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environmentContinuously stay current on design trends, UX best practices, emerging technologies, and AI-enhanced workflows QualificationsExpert-level proficiency in WordPress including custom and template-based website designExpert-level proficiency in FigmaExtremely proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Acrobat, and related toolsStrong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, accessibility standards, and web best practicesExperience designing across both digital and print mediumsAbility to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, workflows, production, organization, and optimization without sacrificing originality, strategy, or qualityExperience creating wireframes, prototypes, sitemaps, and user journeysUnderstanding of responsive/adaptive design and cross-browser compatibilityStrong typography, layout, branding, and visual communication skillsVideo expereince a plusProficiency in macOSExcellent communication, organization, and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently while contributing within a highly collaborative team environmentAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneouslyPortfolio must include at least 4 successfully completed projects demonstrating expertise across UI/UX, web, digital, and print design mediums.
