Experienced Server

*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. *Duties* * Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. * Present menus, provide recommendations, and answer any questions regarding food and beverage selections. * Take accurate orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring all special requests are noted. * Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. * Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. * Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and timely service. * Process payments accurately through cash handling or cashiering duties. * Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. * Assist with hosting duties as needed, ensuring smooth guest flow within the restaurant. *Experience* * Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred, with fine dining experience being a plus. * Familiarity with Toast is advantageous. * Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a busy environment. * Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and satisfaction. * Basic math skills for accurate order taking and cash handling. * Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is essential. * Culinary experience or kitchen experience is beneficial but not required.
