Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior ServiceNow Developer role based in Carrollton, TX. The Senior ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized ServiceNow solutions. Key tasks include creating and maintaining back-end processes, developing workflows, programming consistently with best practices, performing troubleshooting, and enhancing system functionality. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to meet organizational objectives through ServiceNow solutions. Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts and principlesExperience in Back-End Web Development and Software DevelopmentProficiency in Programming and debugging ServiceNow solutionsExpertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) methodologiesAbility to work effectively in collaborative, cross-functional team environmentsExperience with ServiceNow implementation and customization is highly preferredBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldExperience in enterprise-level ITSM processes and tools is a plus
