The role involves cleaning windows for both commercial and residential buildings while ensuring high safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include operating cleaning equipment, managing heights safely, maintaining tools, and upholding excellent customer service during service calls. Additional tasks may include supporting other building maintenance or contract cleaning projects.QualificationsExperience in high-rise window cleaning and handling exterior maintenance tasksFamiliarity with commercial cleaning and contract cleaning practicesAbility to work safely and efficiently at heightStrong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocolsPhysical fitness to perform repetitive tasks, lift equipment, and work in various weather conditionsVALID DRIVER'S LICENSE & PERSONALLY OWNED TRANSPORTATION REQUIREDPrior experience in building maintenance with reference preferred
