Sales Coordinator

Due to continued national growth, our client Commercial Landscaping Company is adding a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in sales, business development, or account management while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.You’ll play a key role in lead qualification, tracking, and appointment coordination—helping drive new business and ensuring a smooth client journey from first contact to signed agreement.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound cold calls to warm leads to generate new business opportunitiesFollow up promptly with inbound and existing leadsQualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales teamAssist in preparing and sending proposals and service agreementsCoordinate meetings, site visits, and client communicationsTrack all lead activity and maintain accurate records in CRM systemsSupport the sales process from initial outreach through signed agreementQualificationsCompletion of post secondary in Landscape Management, Horticulture or related field is highly desirableStrong communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)Comfortable making cold calls and handling objectionsHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesBasic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an asset)Previous sales, customer service, administrative or field experience in landscaping or construction industry is preferred.
