Sr. CNC Machinist & Programmer

OverviewSpearhead Growth as Company Expands | Hands on Role | Company Investing in New Machines! This company located in El Cajon, CA has been in the business since 1971 serving aerospace, defense, and energy companies across the country. With plans to purchase more machinery and expand shop capabilities, their 19,000 sq. ft. facility employees about 15 people and houses various milling, turning, and grinding machines. In this position, the Sr. Machinist and Programmer will work on set up, operation, and programming of 3-5 axis mills, lathes with live tooling, and more. This person will also help coach and mentor a team of machinists and influence decisions as the company grows. This is a 1st shift position on a 4x10 schedule with occasional overtime available on Fridays.
