Sr. Project Manager, Marketing Programs (Remote)
About The Role CrowdStrike is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Marketing Planning & Operations team. In this role, you will work closely with senior marketing and company leadership to ensure the global marketing team is supporting marketing goals as well as corporate major initiatives. You will be responsible for building and driving cross-functional interlock across Marketing. This position reports to the Senior Director, Marketing Programs and will work alongside a team of marketing professionals across the global marketing organization to ensure delivery of exceptional marketing programs.
What You'll Do Developing and optimizing global marketing planning/execution processes
Managing all aspects of related projects to ensure the marketing organization is coordinated and aligned
Creating project plans, including deliverables, activities, timelines and budgets
Proactively communicating project status across all stakeholders and team members both within and beyond Marketing
Ensuring milestones are successfully met through coordination of resources
Assessing, managing, resolving and escalating issues if/when necessary
What You'll Need Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or other appropriate field of study
5+ years of experience managing projects/programs within a rapidly growing Marketing department
High-tech, start-up, M&A and/or publicly traded company experience a plus
Experience in project methodologies, PMP or equivalent professional project management certification preferred
Ability to multitask, set priorities, be resourceful in a fast-paced environment, working well under pressure
Collaborative approach supported by strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
Superior verbal and written communication skills
