Healthcare IT Trainer

Job Title: IT Trainer (Hybrid) Duration : long-term contract Location : Richmond, VA Interview : WebCam only Job Description: The Vclient is seeking a Ryan White Part B IT Trainer to provide end-user training, support, and create training materials for the Provide Enterprise system. The role requires an understanding of adult learning behavior and familiarity with the Ryan White Part B HIV/AIDS program (training available if needed). The position reports to the Manager of the Office of Information Management (OIM) and involves travel for on-site and online training. Key Responsibilities: Identify skill gaps and training needs in consultation with district, regional, and OIM staff. Develop and deliver training programs, both in-person and web-based. Create, curate, and maintain training materials. Provide help-desk support and coach staff on hardware/software troubleshooting. Advise on program workflow and best practices. Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and IT professionals. Minimum Requirements: 4+ years of related professional experience. Experience in adult learning and instructional design. Knowledge of MS 365 applications and troubleshooting hardware/software issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with the Ryan White Part B program and the Provide Enterprise System. Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and public health practices. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects. Work Conditions: Hybrid work accommodation with at least one day a week in the office.
