Retirement Education Specialist
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Workplace Education team at Mercer, a Marsh business. This role can be based in Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Dallas, Denver, Houston, or Tampa and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.As a Retirement Education Specialist and part of the Workplace Education Team, you will be educating plan sponsor employees on their 401(k) plan to achieve client desired outcomes, i.e. increase participation, boost deferrals, and optimize asset allocation. You will work directly with external clients as well as internal partners to facilitate group webinars and in person group sessions, translating plan and investment concepts into actionable financial wellness strategies. The role covers clients using Mercer’s 3(16) and 3(38) outsourced solutions including the Pooled Employer Plan (PEP) as well as 3(21) advisory services, so the role interacts with various internal groups such as client service managers, consultants and sales teams.We will count on you to:Deliver onsite and virtual group education meetings to 401(k) retirement plan participants We are seeking a talented individual to join our IT Management team at Marsh. This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working three days in office.Senior Technical Project Manager This role will lead the delivery of technology projects including software development, cloud, AI initiatives, SaaS implementations, and IT infrastructure programsWe will count on you to:Lead the planning and delivery of IT projects across multiple workstreams.Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.Work closely with stakeholders including business teams, IT teams, and vendors.Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reports.Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies.Manage vendor relationships and support contract or SLA discussions.Track project financials and resource usage.Facilitate project meetings and ensure timely decision-making.Support delivery teams and encourage continuous improvement.What you need to have:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.8–12+ years of experience managing IT projects or programs.Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience managing project financials and resources.Experience working with vendors in a multi-team environment.PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an advantage.Experience delivering AI, cloud (AWS/Azure), or SaaS solutions is preferred.Good command of spoken and written English.What makes you stand out:Willingness to learn, possess a positive attitude and able to work in a fast-paced environmentFamiliar with tools such as MS Project, Planview, or Azure DevOps.Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Visio.Understanding of SDLC and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.Marsh (NYSE: MRSH) is a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments, and management consulting, advising clients in 130 countries.
