Are you?Role Summary: The Brand Manager is responsible for driving the operational engine of the marketing organization, ensuring campaigns, product launches, and go-to-market initiatives are planned, coordinated, and executed effectively as the brand scales. This role leads integrated planning across teams, supports brand partnerships and influencer programs. The Brand Manager ensures consumer insights and GTM priorities are consistently embedded into marketing execution. The role also oversees key operational elements including partnership activations, insight management systems, and marketing budget tracking to ensure initiatives run smoothly and investments align with business priorities.This role will report to the CMO and coordinate with leaders across Creative, Brand, and Product to translate strategy into clear plans, coordinated launches, and reliable follow-through. This is a hands-on role for someone who excels at building systems while staying close to execution and understands how strong operations enable great brand work.Responsibilities: Marketing Operations & Project ManagementOwn project management across campaigns, product launches, and brand initiativesTranslate strategic marketing priorities into clear execution plans and roadmapsAct as the operational owner of marketing timelines, workflows and processes to keep teams aligned and accountableConsumer Insight ManagementOwn the systems and processes for collecting, organizing, and sharing consumer insightsEnsure insights are accessible and operationalized within planning, briefs, GTM plans, and partnershipsCross-Functional CoordinationServe as the central point of coordination across Brand, Creative, Digital, Product, Partnerships, Sales, and E-CommerceCoordinate inputs across teams to ensure launches are aligned, on-time, and on-brandSupport post-launch recaps and learning loops to improve future executionGo-to-Market & Brand Execution SupportOperationalize go-to-market plans for product launches and seasonal brand initiativesOwn the master marketing calendar, asset tracking, and communication flow across teamsEnsure brand priorities and consumer insights are reflected consistently across GTM effortsBrand Partnerships & Influencer OperationsServe as the operational lead for brand partnerships, athletes, ambassadors, influencers, and retail marketing programsManage activation timelines, deliverables, and coordination across teamsEnsure partnerships align with brand standards and GTM plansTools, Systems & Team EnablementOwn and optimize marketing tools including project management platforms, DAM, calendars, CRM inputs, and reporting systemsEnsure consistent tool usage and process adherence across teamsCreate documentation, playbooks, and best practices to support scaleSupport onboarding and enablement for new marketing team membersMarketing Budget, Reporting & Resource TrackingSupport marketing budget planning, tracking, and forecastingTracks spend across campaigns, partnerships, and vendorsSupervisory Responsibilities:Directly Supervise our Marketing CoordinatorQualifications & Experience:3-7+ years of experience in marketing operations, brand marketing, or cross-functional marketing leadershipStrong experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and GTM launchesExperience supporting brand partnerships, athlete, or influencer programs operationallyProven ability to build systems, processes, and workflows in a scaling organizationStrong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience in consumer, lifestyle, or active brands preferredBenefits:Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife & Disability insurance401(K) with company matchCompany Paid holidays and PTO:Feetures offers 20 PTO days which are available to you on day one of employment and are available to all employees, no matter your role.
