In this role, the Machine Operator will set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to process and fabricate construction materials according to specifications. Daily responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, using hand tools and equipment, performing basic adjustments to machines, and following standard operating procedures to maintain productivity and safety. The Machine Operator will inspect finished products for quality, document production data, and communicate with supervisors and team members about equipment status, production issues, and workflow. This role also involves keeping work areas clean, adhering to safety policies, and supporting continuous improvement activities.QualificationsAbility to operate and monitor industrial equipment, including proficiency in Machine Operation and working with various types of Machinery.Skills in Quality Control, including inspecting materials and finished products to ensure they meet required standards and specifications.Competence in using Hand Tools safely and effectively for setup, adjustment, and basic maintenance of equipment.Strong Communication skills to coordinate with team members, follow written and verbal instructions, and report issues clearly.Commitment to workplace safety, including adherence to safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment.Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks in an industrial environment.High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial operations is an advantage.
