The role involves managing the escrow process, overseeing refinance and HECM transactions, maintaining compliance, and providing exceptional customer service to support to lenders, brokers, borrowers, and our client. The successful candidate will collaborate with clients, LO's, processors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth processes while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.QualificationsExperience in Closings, EscrowHUD/CD BalancingResware experience a plus.Basic word, excel knowledge a must. Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client relationships and satisfactionDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilitiesKnowledge of applicable state and federal regulations in real estate and escrow servicesEffective communication and problem-solving skills
