Project Manager

Trusted environmental, erosion control and site development company with nearly 40 years in business and rich culture of safety is seeking a Project Manager Reports To: General Manager of Meehan, Inc. Job Overview: Responsibilities and Duties: · Ensures all projects are completed within budgeted quantities and completed on time with safety and quality standards exceeded · Reports to General Manager and works to ensure projects have smooth assignment, rollout, all safety and environmental issues are met to comply with company and client standards. · Ensures crews have adequate planning, materials, equipment and field personnel to complete projects safely, with quality work product · Liases with HR Manager on any personnel issues and to ensure crews are adequately staffed; · Defines, implements and revises operational policies and guidelines for the organization · Liaises with managers to develop logistical and operational plans for crews and ensure company- wide compliance · Keeps track of the company's production and conducting reviews to move jobs forward and maximize profits · Oversees client support services Oversees assignment of subcontractors and all aspects of their management · Other duties as assigned Qualifications: o · Excellent leadership and organizational abilities o · Superior knowledge of industry regulations and operational guidelines o · Outstanding negotiation skills o · Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills o · Demonstrated success innovating solutions to increase productivity and profitability. o · Bachelor’s Degree in Business Physical Demands: · Ability to work extended work hours as the need arises, as in the case of emergencies at a work- site, may be required · Travel to various job sites and work locations · Must have a driver’s license · Have the ability to communicate (verbal, non-verbal and written) with all levels of the organization. · Regular walking, standing and sitting are required Must be willing to travel as required by project Compensation from 70,000/year We offer paid time off, paid holidays, incentives and bonus for out of town travel (TBD life, medical, disability, prescription, health savings accounts, wellness, dental, vision, company vehicle, 401K) Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $70,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
