Groundskeeper (year-round)

Panorama is looking for an experienced Groundskeeper to work on our beautiful 145+ acre campus. This position is full time and works year-round, with a standard Monday - Friday schedule. Groundskeepers are assigned to a specific section on campus, allowing for pride and ownership in their work.General DutiesAbility to perform various grounds maintenance tasks such as weeding, edging, mowing, pruning, raking, sweeping, blowing, seeding, sod work, leaf pick up, planting, transplanting, applying bulk landscape materials, clearing drains, snow/ice removal and debris removal from grounds, roofs and gutters.Knowledge of horticulture and basic maintenance principles and techniquesAbility to operate various tools, equipment, and vehicles commonly use in ground keeping in, a safe, efficient and clean manner.Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong customer service and communication skillsRequirementsMinimum of 1 year experience in grounds maintenance or equivalent of experience to have basic knowledge of horticulture or maintenance to perform the job.Must have a valid WA State Driver's License and good driving record.High school education or the equivalent required. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English instruction and communication.Additional irrigation experience, horticulture knowledge or pesticide application experience highly desirable
