With over 5 years of expertise in centrifugal and scroll compressors, you will play a crucial role in supporting system engineering, troubleshooting, performance enhancement, and cross-functional collaboration in commercial and industrial HVAC applications.Key ResponsibilitiesHVAC System Design & EngineeringDesign and develop HVAC systems including chillers, air handling units (AHUs), and ventilation systemsPerform heat load calculations, duct sizing, and system selectionEnsure compliance with standards such as ASHRAE, ISO, and local codesCross-Functional CollaborationWork with R&D, manufacturing, and service teamsCoordinate with vendors and suppliers for component selectionProvide technical support to sales and service teamsTroubleshooting & Maintenance SupportDiagnose faults in HVAC systems and compressorsProvide root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actionsSupport preventive and predictive maintenance programsInstallation, Testing & CommissioningSupervise installation of HVAC systems and compressorsConduct site inspections and commissioning activitiesEnsure systems meet design specifications and performance targetsPerformance Analysis & OptimizationConduct system performance testing and validationOptimize energy efficiency (COP/EER improvements)Use tools/software for simulation and performance analysisCompressor Expertise (Core Area)Select, size, and evaluate centrifugal and scroll compressors for HVAC applicationsAnalyze compressor performance curves, efficiency, and operating envelopesSupport integration of compressors into chillers and packaged unitsTroubleshoot issues like surge, oil management, vibration, and performance degradationJoin us in Charlotte, a vibrant city known for its thriving business environment and quality of life.
