This role provides day-to-day administrative and organizational support to the owner and leadership team, helping to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and ensure smooth communication. Responsibilities include maintaining calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling emails, calls, and messages with professionalism. The Executive Assistant will prepare and track expense reports, organize documents, and support basic bookkeeping or vendor coordination as needed. The role also involves preparing simple reports, assisting with staff communication, and supporting special projects related to operations, marketing, or events. This position requires a consistent on-site presence to respond quickly to operational needs and support the team in real time.QualificationsStrong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management, scheduling, and document organization.Experience providing Executive Support, such as managing priorities, preparing meeting materials, and handling confidential information with discretion.Ability to prepare, track, and reconcile Expense Reports with attention to detail and basic comfort with spreadsheets or accounting tools.Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with leadership, staff, vendors, and partners.Proven reliability, punctuality, and ability to work on site in Manhattan, NY during agreed-upon part-time hours.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with common office software (email, calendars, word processing, and spreadsheets); familiarity with collaboration tools is a plus.Prior experience supporting executives, small business owners, or hospitality/food service operations is preferred but not required.High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-focused mindset.
