Warehouse & Shipping Associate Videon Labs is looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse & Shipping Associate to manage daily packing, shipping, receiving, and product handling operations. This role is critical to keeping orders moving from pulling product in the warehouse to packing and shipping both domestic and international orders. If you like working with your hands, staying organized, and making sure things go out correctly and on time, this role is for you.What You'll Do Shipping & Packing (Primary Focus)Pack and ship daily orders using UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPSCreate shipping labels and ensure accurate documentationPrepare international shipments (commercial invoices, customs forms)Verify orders before shipment to ensure accuracyReceivingReceive incoming shipments and verify contentsLabel and organize inventory in the warehousePut materials in correct locations for easy accessOrder FulfillmentPull products from inventory based on sales ordersStage items for shipment or productionWork with team members to ensure orders are completed on timeService & ReturnsReceive returned or service itemsTag and route items appropriatelyPrepare outgoing shipments for serviced productsWarehouse OrganizationMaintain a clean and organized workspaceTrack where items are storedHelp improve warehouse efficiencyWhat We're Looking For Experience in warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment rolesFamiliarity with UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS is a plusStrong attention to detail (getting orders right matters)Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasksComfortable working on your feet and lifting packagesNice to Have Experience with international shippingBasic computer skills (printing labels, tracking shipments)Experience in electronics or hardware environmentsKey Traits Reliable and consistentHands-on and proactiveDetail-orientedTeam player with a strong work ethicSchedule Full-time, on-siteTypical flow:Morning: Receiving and organizing inventoryAfternoon: Packing and shipping ordersWhy Join Videon Labs?
