Job Description Outside Sales AgentsC Berman Associates is expanding and looking for individuals that will be responsible for acquisition, development, performance and management of automotive accounts. A high performance individual who also has the personality and professionalism to work with automobile dealership management.ResponsibilitiesProspect and acquire new automotive dealership accountsDevelop F&I product sales and improve overall F&I performanceImplement policies and procedures for newly acquired businessConduct sales presentations and dealership trainingTrack and monitor performanceRequirementsProven F&I, Sales Manager or GM experience is requiredExtensive knowledge of retail automobile dealership operationsExcellent presentation, communication and sales skillsBasic Computer skillsMust be able to travel to dealerships in assigned regionMust have a valid drivers license and acceptable transportationMust be a team player as well as able to work independentlyCompensationWe offer an exceptional compensation plan with most agents earning over $200,000 per year. Payments begin during training and occur prior to account acquisition.** You Must be available for Out of State Training in our New Jersey office the week of May 3rd, 2026. **
