Overview As Senior Software Engineering Manager at Rigetti you will lead a cross‑functional team building software platforms that support design, fabrication, characterization, and measurement of Rigetti’s quantum systems. You drive integration with hardware and scientific computing processes, enabling scalable, reliable tooling for foundry operations and QPU development. You’ll partner with quantum engineers and fabrication teams to deliver end‑to‑end software that underpins quantum device delivery and performance analysis. This is a hands‑on leadership role at the intersection of software, hardware, and science with a strong impact on scale and reliability.
