Use gender-neutral, inclusive language.]Example: Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usabilityKey Responsibilities: ● Video Clipping — Select and edit the best clips from matches and training sessions for weekly highlights, global matches and soccer archives.● Graphic Design — Use design templates for social media (posts, stories, thumbnails).● On-Field Filming — Attend weekend matches to capture original footage on camera.● Content Creation — Develop scripts, captions, and narratives for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.● News Monitoring — Track the latest youth soccer news nationally and internationally to feed our editorial calendar.● Stakeholder Relations — Build and manage relationships with key contacts● Task Tracking — Keep a clear record of completed and pending deliverables to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Preferred Profile● Current university student or recent graduate in Communications, Journalism, Media Production, Design, or a related field.● Soccer lover who actively follows the sport — knows the leagues, players, and latest trends.● Experience in filming, video editing, or camera operation.● Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to attend matches and events.● Comfortable on camera with a natural, energetic presence.● Spanish/English bilingual is a strong plus.● Attention to detail — you catch what others miss.● Bonus: Active on social media with an existing following in soccer or sports content
