The company is listed on the stock exchange since 2015 and generated revenues of € 796 million in 2022.This is how you will grow:Responsible for the design and engineering of automotive exterior components, including body, closures, liftgate, etcWork with other teams to develop technical specifications in support of the quoting and sourcing processPerform virtual and physical verification testing, including field testing.Ensure designs conform to safety standards and U.S. government regulations.Proactively stay attuned to consumer experience and propose system improvements accordingly.Manage supplier resources efficiently to deliver wire harness designs that meet cost, timing, and quality targets.RequirementsThis is how you will take us forward:Automotive OEM experience is requiredBachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, systems engineering, or a relevant field.5+ years of experience in automotive exteriors engineering and relevant automotive assignments, covering all phases of product development (design, test, and launch).Strong technical skills and expertise in design and release, employing a six-sigma approach to engineering design and problem-solving.Familiarity with computer-aided engineering (CAE) or direct experience in this field.Ability to build strong working relationships with individuals at all organizational levels.Expected Pay range for this position is $90 - $150K
