Portfolio Control Associate

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Finance Associate to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $115,000 to $125,000 per year.Job Responsibilities:Support trade operations by booking administrative transactions and updating trade-level reference data.Maintain accurate records of unfunded commitments to support liquidity planning and forecasting.Coordinate onboarding activities for new clients and acquisitions, including asset transfers and documentation.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage re-registrations and respond to ad hoc requests.Monitor key performance metrics and assist in refining processes to improve operational efficiency and control adherence. Requirements:3+ years of experience in asset management, broker/dealer operations, or custody administration.Prior exposure to middle office functions, trade operations, or account setup processes.Familiarity with investment products such as bonds, FX, alternatives, and derivatives.Experience using portfolio management or custody systems like State Street PAM, Markit thinkFolio, or Aladdin Explore.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.Advanced Excel skills; experience with Bloomberg, SQL, or Python.Understanding of SOC 1 controls and commitment to compliance standards.Proven ability to work independently while contributing to cross-functional projects.Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to various stakeholders.REF #51277
