Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic behavioral health team! In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact while collaborating with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to promote independence and improve quality of life.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.Design, implement, and supervise behavior intervention programs grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor client progress and adjust interventions accordingly.Provide training and ongoing supervision to behavior technicians and other team members to ensure fidelity of treatment delivery.Collaborate closely with families, educators, and healthcare providers to coordinate care and support client goals.Maintain accurate medical records, documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.QualificationsCurrent certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Michigan.Masters degree from an accredited program that meets the BACB requirements.Demonstrated experience in behavioral therapy, working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), data collection methods, and behavioral health practices.Familiarity with ABA terminology, medical documentation standards, and patient assessment procedures.Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations and conduct intake assessments effectively.Excellent communication skills for working collaboratively with clients' families, educational teams, and healthcare providers.Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to medical records management and confidentiality.
