The ideal candidate brings hardscape industry knowledge, a contractor-first mindset, and the drive to build lasting relationships while actively developing new business. This is a role for someone who takes ownership, follows through, and isn't afraid to hustle.Responsibilities:Build and manage a defined sales territory by developing and maintaining strong relationships with landscape contractors, hardscape installers, designers, and buildersActively prospect for new accounts through job site visits, referrals, cold outreach, and industry networkingServe as the primary point of contact for your accounts, delivering responsive, knowledgeable, and solutions-oriented serviceCollaborate with showroom staff, inside sales, and logistics to ensure a seamless customer experience from quote to deliveryPrepare and present competitive quotes and proposals, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through closeIdentify new vendor and product opportunities that align with customer demand and company growth objectivesTrack pipeline activity, account performance, and territory trends; report regularly to ownershipRepresent Outdoor Solutions at trade shows, industry events, and association functions as neededStay current on hardscape product trends, new offerings, and competitive activity within the territoryWhat We're Looking For:Minimum 2–3 years of outside sales or account management experience in hardscape, landscape supply, construction materials, or a closely related fieldSolid working knowledge of paving stones, hardscape products, and installation practicesProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsHighly self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently and with accountabilityValid driver's license and reliable transportation; regular travel within the sales territory requiredProficiency with standard business tools including email, CRM platforms, and quoting softwareWhat We Offer:Competitive base salary plus commission — your results drive your incomeVehicle allowance or mileage reimbursementHealth benefitsPaid time offA collaborative, close-knit team that invests in your successGenuine growth opportunity within a company that is expanding with purposeTo Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief summary of your hardscape or landscape supply experience to [HR@outdoorsolutionslps.com].
