Insurance Producer Consultant

A company is looking for an ICHRA Solutions Consultant to serve as a subject matter expert in ICHRA, supporting sales and account management efforts. Key Responsibilities Stay updated on ICHRA regulations and develop comprehensive knowledge of the ICHRA market and related products Support sales managers and brokers in the sales process, managing relationships and driving revenue through lead qualification Collaborate with internal teams to enhance educational materials and improve ICHRA product and process solutions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent An Insurance Producers License or the ability to obtain one within six months of onboarding Experience in healthcare operations and knowledge of the ICHRA market Client-facing, sales, and presentation experience Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and collaborate across teams
